What's the problem?

  • The app crashes all the time!

    If the app is crashing constantly your device might be low on memory and needs to be reset. Just hold the button on the top of the device until it turns off, wait a few seconds, and hold it again to turn it back on again. Now try the app, it should run smoothly now.

  • How can I reset a player profile?

    If you’d like to reset an avatar’s score head to your device Settings and find Memory Train. There you can chose which player to reset on the next launch of the app.

  • I don’t hear any sound

    If you’re having issues with any apps not playing sound on your iPad or iPhone here are a few things to try:

    • The iPad could be muted even if other apps are working. Check the switch on the side of the device to make sure it’s not set to mute. Here is how to check if your iPad could be unintentionally muted.
    • Restart your iPad. Hold the top button down until the red slider appears to turn it off. After you’ve turned it off hold the button again to turn it back on.
    • Reinstall the app from the App Store. you will never be charged twice for an app you’ve purchased.
