The Rules in a Nutshell

This contest is designed to be fun for all ages. Anyone (with their
parents’ permission) can enter for a chance to win just by coloring
one of the coloring pages and emailing a picture of it to us. There
will be one contest a month, beginning on the 1st and ending on the
25th of each month unless otherwise specified.

For now the contest is only open to residents of the USA.

The Entry

You may submit any image of your coloring page including:

• a photo of you with your coloring page.
• a photo or scan of your coloring page.
• coloring pages may be colored digitally.

Email the image of your drawing to contest@colorforipods.com along
with your name. Kids must have their parents’ or guardian’s email the
entry with their permission

The Winner

The winner will be picked randomly from all entries, there is no
judging so anyone can win. The winner will be notified by email
shortly after the contest end date.

The Prize

The prize is an 8GB iPod Touch and will delivered in the form of a
$229 Apple Store Gift Card. The Gift Card may be used for anything in
the Apple Store so you are not limited to the iPod Touch. ;)

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT
INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL
LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. The contest is open to all US Residents; void where
prohibited

3. Entry. The contest runs monthly from the 1st of each month to the
25th of each month unless otherwise suspected. Entries must be received before the end date to be
eligible. Internet Entry: Enter by visiting the colorforipods.com
official contest page and completing all of the required information
and following all instructions. By entering the contest you agree that
you are over the age of 12 or are a parent or guardian entering on
behalf of your child and to give us the rights to use that entry for
any purpose we deem fit. We reserve the right to not display certain
entries in the case that we deem an entry incomplete, inappropriate,
or offensive. One entry per person per month, please.  If more than one entry per person is submitted, only one of those entries will count as an entry in the contest, though we reserve the right to display all of the submitted works in the entry gallery.

3. Prizes and Odds. One (1) Winner will be selected in a random
drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on the first day
after the end of the contest submission period. The prize for winning
is an iPod Touch, awarded by means of a $229 Apple gift card.

4. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified via
e-mail. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in
disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are
nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except
that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to
availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of
equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and
payment of any taxes on prizes. Prizes won by minors will be awarded
to parent or legal guardian. Except where prohibited, participation in
the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of
his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media
for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or
further compensation.

5. Ownership and use of Entries. All entries submitted in connection
with this contest, along with all copyright, trademark, and other
proprietary rights associated therewith, become the property of
Pi’ikea Street LLC upon submission. By submitting an entry, you
acknowledge that, Pi’ikea Street LLC will own all rights to use,
modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute and promote
the artwork in perpetuity without compensation to you or any other
person.

6. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by
these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves
the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise
abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by
Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus,
non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond
the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the
administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the
Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to
suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes
be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves
the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the
termination date.

7. Limitations of Liability. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant
agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action
arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes
awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of
class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for
such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments
and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,
including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no
event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant
be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all
rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any
and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and
any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket
expenses.

8. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules,
or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor, shall be
governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of
law rules or provisions (whether of Colorado, or any other
jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than Colorado. The invalidity or unenforceability
of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or
enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is
determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall
be construed in accordance with their terms as if the valid or
enforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, contestants release
Pi’ikea Street LLC, and any other promotional sponsors, and each of
their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees,
representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for
any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out
of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance,
possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims,
costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries,
death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity
or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

10. Sponsor. This contest is sponsored by Pi’ikea Street LLC, whose
decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of
the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor
will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other
inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials
relating to the Sweepstakes. If you have any questions regarding this

11. Use of Name, Likeness, Etc.
As a condition of receiving any prize, each winner as well as their
parents or legal guardians will be required to consent to the use of
their first name/alias, age, and area of residence. You must also
consent to using your prize information, without limitations, for
promotional purposes without further payment.

12. Release
By entering the contest, winners and their parents or legal guardians
release and agree to hold harmless Pi’ikea Street LLC, and each of
their partners or employees, from any liability whatsoever in
connection with entering the contest, accepting any prize, or anything
that may arise related to the contest.

Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions
of Pi’ikea Street LLC.
